MEANING OF OBJECTIVES: Objectives are mostly concerned with the achievements. Objects are relate to the gaining ability and knowledge, skills, attitude etc rather than just completing a task it is an educational objectives. This achievement of an objectives takes place usually take s place during the course of actions. Educational objectives are the objectives called as "teaching objectives" and "learning objectives". Objectives are more focused statement which describes what the learner will b able to do as a result of learning and teaching.The objectives are the individual stages that learner must achieve on the way in order to reach the aim.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AIMS AND OBJECTIBE - Objective is part of amis .Aims are broader. It takes a very long time to achieve. The objective is small stepst towards the aims. Without an objective we cannot reach the aims. Aims is the direction of institutes without the presence of any one where the objective is confined with the shool environment, students need and flexibility.
Example of Aims and objectives are given below: ● Aims: A school or college may aims to improve its examination results. Objective: A school or College is to guide and learning the students in their life. ● Aims: In School or College privide high quality of Education to local community. Objective: In School or college teacher have to improve the language and communication in easy way. ● Aims: The student goal is to learn to play the piano. Objective: The student is to play "Baby" song dedicated by justin bieber in a better way. ● Aims: Student will be able to recognised and understand the vocabulary. Objective: student will be able to produce vocabulary individual and a group.
The criteria of writing statement of objectives are there should be at least criteria that are as follows. - Is this candidate capable of effective written communication. - Does the candidate convey a sense of thoughtfulness and maturity about his chosen area of study. - The objectives are the individual stage that learner must achieve on the way in order to reach the aim.

Because in primary level the student understanding for writting is not fully developed they just start to formate few statement or words essay writing is difficult and far away from their psychology.
Criteria for writing statement of objective- 5) student's achievement- emphasis should be given on the objective of student's achievement on the knowledge teacher imparts. Student achieve and takes the value along with him/ her after the lesson gets over. It mainly measures performance of the student. For eg.- Students develops cultural and social attitude
6)It should be written in the form of achievement of a single student and not the whole class.Because grasping and learning abilities differ from student to student. For eg. It should be written as Student will be able to explain urbanisation. And not students will be able explain urbanisation.

Criteria for writing statement of Objectives - It should contain only one ability to be developed or achieved. • The teacher should keep in mind the objective is to teach the student one concept at one time. The objective should not be teacher centric, it should be student centric where student acquire the knowledge based on their previous knowledge slowly and doesn't feel pressure. If teacher is setting objective to teach secondary section then the focus should be on secondary only, not primary or more than secondary level. Which will help the students to achieve one objective at a time.

By adopting criteria for writing statement of objectives, Teacher have a clear cut idea how to set the objective and how they are going to teach in a systematic way which helps to achieve the Aim of the objectives. The criteria helps student as well as teacher in such a way that teacher teaches the student according to their psychological and physiological level which will help student to think critically and enhance their cognative skills and ultimately it will be one step towards achieving the Aim.
