It is a process of the teacher using appropriate curricula, instructions data and resources before planning the lesson. It is guidance for the teacher before taking the lesson such as aims, objectives, subject matter, materials and devices during the planning process to address the diverse needs of the students.
Function of Assessment - Feedback Feedback is an important part of the assessment process. Assessment is a valuable tool that enables instructors to provide immediate and ongoing feedback to improve student learning.Assessment can involve providing feedback following an assessment, but more importantly, this feedback is delivered during instruction, allowing instructors to identify student misunderstandings and help them correct their errors. A good assessment will lead to a good plan of action which requires decision making as its fundamental.
