The second video relates to Susan's personality as the first video was all about communicating the words through sign language which may often change the meaning of words or is at high risk of misinterpretation by another individual. However Susan had a problem in comprehending what was said to her as shown in the second video.
The second video relates very accurately to Susan scenario of case study where she has difficulty in understanding words and mixing of words which is a communication barrier to Susan when she grown up.
In both videos, we can see lack of proper communication . Both videos are suitable. communication barrier is problem for Susan and she would not able to translate according to her understanding .
According to me there was a communication barrier by seeing both the video. I think Susan's problem is related to the second video. Where susan misunderstood the word. And because of this susan's unable to understand the sentence.
The videos was quite interesting and can be understood to answer the given task. Both the videos was related to communication barrier. In first video the communication barrier was misinterpretation of the word which was written on a sheet of paper, where they just have to communicate with their action and expression without uttering a word which was definitely a barrier for each of them to understand what the word is exactly. While in the 2nd video they were verbally communicating but the Barrier was to understand eachother speech. Here the lady say something and the man understand something else. Each time she try to answer his questions the man understand that she is asking him the question which was creating communication barrier. In susan case, the second video was very much related as her teacher is unable to understand whatever Susan try to say her teacher as she doesn't not have that much clear speech which create communication barrier between susan and her teacher.
Both the videos are fine example of how communication can fail and how one can have difficulty in communicating with clarity.The first video shows how the people delivered their message through actions or you can say sign language and that is why each one interpreted differently which is why the last person could not match with words which actually had to be communicated.The second video shows us how the sound of few words can confuse us which is why miscommunication takes place.In the case of susan, she faced difficulty in understanding certain words and mostly she mixes two or more words.. so I think the second video relates to her personality.
In both the cases it has shown that there was difficult situation of communication which had lead to barriers of communication. In case1: It has shown that the communication among the students passing the sentence through actions non verbal communication but later the action changes leads to breaking of the actions. In case2: The communication among the president and the women in meeting leads to misunderstanding this leads to barriers of communication. In case 3: In this case Suzanne has the same communication problem with her mother. The mother and daughter in this case there were no proper communication later it created to problem and difficulties to understand anything when she joined the school.
Speech and language is an essential part of any child's development. Language development impacts a child's social interactions, behaviour and academic skills. In the first video a particular action was not exactly copied by certain individuals as a result of which the meaning of the sentence completely changed in the end. However in the second video there was trouble understanding the message because of similar sounding words. Susan's case is similar to the second video,there might be some problem with Susan in interpreting the language because of which she is unable to understand others and she is also not able to express herself. As a child this is frustating hence she used to cry a lot and even break her toys. As mentioned earlier language development impacts a child's social interactions, behaviour and academic skills ,since her language development is not proper she had problems in school as well.
By seeing both the videos, first video is very easy to enjoy the life.it is very easy to understand with acting and drama with friends.it is a best way to understand the people with fun but in second video is suited to Susan's case because susan was very talented but there is more problem to face in industry.He wasn't understand what's the situation is going on becoause the lady is not understand what man said.here is actual communication barrier in second case.I felt that his life and dreams were incomplete.its complicated and communication issues with each other.
